- This app allow to apply restriction on the number of tickets that can be created after subscribing the selected plan. With this, you can apply restriction on:-
- all departments or
- specific department
Imaqma Helpdesk Clients
- This app provides clients to the user's based on their subscription status of selected plan.
- The users can be assigned more than one clients.
Imaqma Helpdesk Acl
This app provides access to Knowledge Base to the user's according to the subscribed plan.
- Install the Helpdesk component.
- Tickets : Need to create Departments.
- Clients : Need to create clients and assign department to them.
- Acl : Need to create create Knowledge Base.
