This entity is responsible for the action to be taken on the form data. Actions can be stated as the activity you want to perform on the data which has been submitted. Learn how to create different actions.


Action Details[/strong]



  1. Title: Enter title of the action.

  2. Type: Type of the action. This field is not editable.

  3. Published: Set to Yes if you wish to publish this action. Unpublished action will not work at all.

  4. For All Forms: If you wish to apply the same action to all the existing forms then set this option to Yes.

  5. Description: Enter the description of the action. This description will not be displayed anywhere in the front-end.

  6. Select Form: Under this section you can attach the form on which you want to execute the current action. If For All Forms parameter is set to Yes then there is no need to attach the forms with this action separately.


Parameters[/strong]


This section is totally dependent on the type of action you have selected.
Below is the explanation of Email type action.




  1. Email Id: Enter the email address on which you wish to send emails to.

  2. Send CC: Enter the email address to add in CC. You can add multiple email address separated by comma.

  3. Send BCC: Enter the email address to add in BCC. Multiple email address can be added separated by comma.

  4. Subject: Subject of the email.

  5. Email Format: Here you can specify in which format you want to send emails. If this field is set to HTML then emails will be send in html format and if Text format is set then email will be send as Plain text.

  6. Attach Data: This parameter lets you decide whether you want to append the submitted data along with the provided email content or not.

  7. Content: Under this section you can set the custom message you wish to send. If nothing is provided in content then all the submitted data will be emailed. You can also add the submitted data along with the custom message using tokens.
