Ack-By-Email action allows you to send acknowledgement to user via email on form submission

Purpose


You want to send an auto-reply whenever user submits a form ?


If yes then this action solve your purpose. Using this you can send an auto-reply to user and You can set the email content as per your requirement.


Ack By Email action configuration


Step 1:

You can Enable plugin for this action from plugin manager.

Step 2:

Now go to Actions section of JXiForms to create Ack-By-Email action.

  • [strong style="line-height: 1.3em;"]Require Approval:[/strong][span style="line-height: 1.3em;"]This parameter lets you decide whether to put approval request before sending email to the specified mail address. If you set this to YES then mail will not be sent to user unless you approve it. If you set this to NO then mail will be sent to user without any intervention.[/span]

  • [strong style="line-height: 1.3em;"]Send Attachment:[/strong][span style="line-height: 1.3em;"] Send attachment yes or no. if checked then attachment added by user will be mailed and if no then attachment will not be sent.[/span]

  • [strong style="line-height: 1.3em;"]Content:[/strong][span style="line-height: 1.3em;"] Content to be send as mail body.[/span]
